We are seeking a candidate who possesses outstanding communication skills, a robust sales and marketing mindset, and a commitment to creating top-notch experiences for our community members.Key Responsibilities:Implement established sales and marketing strategies to boost property traffic, maintain effective closing ratios, and achieve budgeted occupancy targets.Assist in planning and hosting engaging resident events that foster community.Provide exemplary customer service, serving as a positive representative of Peak and your community.Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect traffic and leasing data.Support all move-out and move-in processes, including collecting necessary deposits and fees.Conduct informative property tours for potential residents, adding value by anticipating needs and addressing unexpressed concerns.Facilitate the leasing and renewal of apartments through in-person, phone, or online interactions.Record and submit service requests from residents promptly upon receipt.Contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of office spaces, common areas, and model units.Assist in the annual turnover process.Adhere to Peak's policies and procedures at all times.Greet prospective residents and showcase model and market-ready units.Respond to internet inquiries and relay information to prospects via phone and in-person interactions.Help optimize occupancy rates while maximizing leased rent.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of property offerings and competitive landscape.Perform various administrative duties as required.Assist with market surveys as needed.Conduct quarterly unit inspections as well as inspections prior to move-in.
