About the job
Join our passionate team at Centria Autism as a Center-Based Behavior Technician, where you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding position, you will engage with children one-on-one, executing personalized behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include employing evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social interaction, and essential daily living skills, while also minimizing challenging behaviors. This is an opportunity for individuals who are deeply committed to helping children with autism achieve their maximum potential.

At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you’ve made a significant impact on a child's life and their family. Become part of a dedicated team that is making a positive difference. Apply now to embark on your journey as a Behavior Technician with us!
