Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Madipakkam, Chennai. This is a full-time position with a working schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone and chat.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with channel partners.
- Generate leads in both B2C and B2B markets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of telecallers.
- Drive the achievement of revenue targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales for B2C and B2B segments.
- Experience in the human resources or content industry is a plus.
- Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
- A clear track record of meeting revenue goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team management experience is preferred.
