This position emphasizes design development, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and comprehensive documentation.In collaboration with a senior architect, you will create coordinated, technically robust, and constructible designs while gaining valuable insights into data center planning and multidisciplinary integration. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design & DevelopmentAssist in schematic and detailed design (LOD200–350).Develop plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.Support data hall layouts and space planning initiatives.BIM Modelling & Documentation (Core Role)Develop and manage Revit models.Prepare construction drawings, schedules, and documentation.Create parametric families and drawing sets.Coordination with MEP & Other DisciplinesCollaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, and Structural teams.Support clash detection and resolution processes.Implement design modifications based on coordination feedback. Documentation & DeliverablesAssist in preparing technical reports, BOQs, and specifications.Ensure the quality and consistency of drawings.Project & Team SupportSupport senior architects in design development and client deliverables.Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings.Construction ExposureAssist in shop drawing reviews and site queries (RFIs).Gain exposure to construction processes.
