The Coordinator will manage the entire project lifecycle—from initial bidding and scope development through execution and closeout—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards at all times.Key Responsibilities: Supervise third-party vendor activities across multiple properties, including unit turnarounds, capital improvement initiatives, remediation projects, and violation repairs.
