About the job
The primary responsibility of the Recruiting Intern is to collaborate with the Recruitment / Selection Specialist in identifying, interviewing, and screening candidates to fill various positions within the Aparecio Foundation. This role also involves promoting career development initiatives internally and contributing to workforce planning for current and future organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of a nonprofit organization, as directed by the Executive Director and relevant team members.
- Execute approved recruitment strategies and processes efficiently.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
- Maintain accurate records, create offer letters, and fulfill other reporting responsibilities.
- Encourage existing team members to engage in recruitment efforts and assist in identifying potential candidates.
- Regularly meet with your Supervisor to discuss progress and receive guidance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
