Deploy AI-driven workflows that optimize supply chain operations in real time, collaborating directly with clients to configure and implement solutions during live calls. Build and enhance workflow extensions using LangGraph and create custom actions in Agent Studio. Use Claude, OpenAI, and other LLMs throughout the workflow: from requirements and integration design to code generation, testing, and deployment. LLMs are a core part of daily engineering work. Participate in customer discovery and technical clarification sessions, providing creative solutions to complex technical and product questions on the spot. Write thorough root cause analyses for integration failures and manage their resolution. Review code for integration and AI workflow projects, ensuring quality standards are met before any customer deployment. Help build the team's reusable integration package and AI workflow template library. Mentor new Forward Deployed Engineers, sharing knowledge, collaborating on tough problems, and supporting their onboarding. Work closely with Implementation Managers to deliver a seamless client experience.
