About the job
Groupon connects millions of customers with local businesses, offering deals on experiences and services. With partnerships across more than a million merchants worldwide, Groupon supports local growth through a performance-based marketplace. The company operates on a global scale and encourages innovation, autonomy, and individual impact.
Role overview
The Sales AI Enablement Associate helps drive Groupon’s AI-powered sales transformation, especially through Project Foundry. This project uses autonomous agents to manage outbound sales, prioritize leads, and deliver qualified prospects to sales representatives. The associate’s main responsibility is to build and maintain the content infrastructure that supports these AI-driven sales enablement initiatives. This is not a training or onboarding role; instead, it focuses on creating practical systems and resources for the sales team. The position reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer and works closely with AI, data analysis, and commercial teams.
Guiding objective
Develop and manage an AI-powered content system that translates sales data into actionable tools for representatives, supporting consistent and high-level performance across the sales organization.
What you will do
- Manage the AI-enhanced content library: Design and update enablement materials that help sales representatives engage leads, handle objections, and close deals. All assets are AI-assisted, data-driven, and refreshed regularly as performance metrics evolve.
- Analyze sales data to identify capability gaps: Use insights from Salesforce, Salted CX, and call data to spot areas for improvement. Build a prioritized content roadmap based on real, data-backed needs.
- Continuously refine content based on outcomes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enablement materials remain effective and drive measurable results for sales representatives.
