About the Role:
We are assembling a dynamic team of Strategic Event Operations Managers who will spearhead the creation and implementation of our most intricate and impactful events worldwide. These are not your typical events; they involve significant partnerships, innovative formats, and operational complexities that often necessitate developing solutions from the ground up.
In this role, you will oversee everything from initial concept to final execution, taking full responsibility for the operational strategy of each project. You won't just execute; you'll define the operational blueprint for each event. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in uncertain environments, embrace ownership, and excel at establishing order in chaos.
Key Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive Oversight of Complex Events
- Direct the operational strategy for high-stakes, large-scale events.
- Manage projects from initial planning through to execution.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet both partner expectations and internal quality standards.
2. Strategic Operational Design (0→1)
- Transform partner requirements into scalable operational frameworks.
- Craft processes, workflows, and tools from scratch as necessary.
- Define how each event should operate, going beyond mere execution.
