Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly washing and sanitizing utensils and dishes
- Washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing various food items
- Sorting and responsibly disposing of rubbish and recyclables
- Keeping food preparation equipment, floors, and other kitchen areas clean and organized
- Adhering to and enforcing stringent health and hygiene standards

- Enjoy hands-on work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work on a 7-day rotating roster
