OUR WORK MODEL: Hybrid - Cologne Office:
This role is based in our Cologne office with a flexible hybrid work model. You’ll collaborate closely with local and regional teams while enjoying the flexibility to balance in-office and remote work.
YOUR ROLE:
As an Account Manager (DACH) at Cognism, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers throughout their entire lifecycle. Your role includes leading commercial onboarding, ensuring quick adoption and time-to-value, retaining clients through consistent value delivery and proactive risk management, and driving expansion by identifying and executing growth opportunities based on demonstrated ROI.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and commercial partner, aligning stakeholders on measurable outcomes, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal, and nurturing relationships over time. This position demands strong commercial ownership, customer leadership, and fluency in both German and English, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
