Join CyberArk as a Senior Solutions Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in illustrating the transformative impact of our identity security solutions for both prospective and existing enterprise clients. This position allows you to demonstrate how CyberArk effectively safeguards critical assets within hybrid cloud environments and diverse workforces through engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Utilizing your technical knowledge and sales expertise, you will guide clients through the technology evaluation process. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will serve as the primary technical resource and advocate for CyberArk’s solutions, ensuring clients grasp both the technical and business advantages of our offerings.
Your deep understanding of security requirements across various industries, including Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Energy, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing, will be crucial in addressing specific security and compliance challenges and designing tailored solutions that fit within customers’ infrastructure and data center environments.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to convey intricate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. We seek a solution-oriented professional who is enthusiastic about tackling security challenges across global industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an expert on CyberArk’s Identity Security solutions, providing technical guidance and demonstrations of business value to enterprise clients and partners.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities by nurturing technical relationships within prospective accounts and existing customers.
- Lead POC evaluations to effectively showcase CyberArk’s security solutions.
- Assist with RFP/RFI responses to ensure alignment with enterprise requirements.
- Build lasting relationships with technical teams and executives to drive customer success with CyberArk solutions.
- Support and enable CyberArk’s partner network to communicate the value of CyberArk effectively.
- Represent CyberArk as a thought leader through public speaking engagements, webinars, and industry forums.
- Serve as a customer advocate, communicating key requirements to internal teams.
- Engage and contribute to internal teams, offering mentorship and resources as needed.
- Communicate customer requirements to Product Management teams.
