Our technicians will work on the latest and greatest fleet in the industry.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime compensation available after 40 hours. (This position may require on-call duties with additional pay.)Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Shop Technician, you will leverage our technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, manage machine service intervals, order necessary parts, and diagnose issues quickly by accessing data across various makes and models. With real-time information at your disposal, you can swiftly identify problems and implement corrective actions, helping you to work more efficiently.Adhere to safe working practices when repairing equipment.Comfortably utilize technology (laptops and tablets).Conduct maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a diverse range of rental and customer equipment, exercising a high degree of independent judgment.Assist in training junior technicians as required.
