Key responsibilities include:Supervising the Revenue Budget Office staff, including managing the review and submission of Inter-fund Agreement (IFA) revenue approvals and IFA rate requests, aligning revenue projections with the Capital Financial Plan, and ensuring timely report submissions to the NYC Comptroller.Leading the planning, development, and submission of grant proposals while training staff to identify federal and state grant opportunities and strategizing to maximize funding from competitive grant programs.Overseeing awarded federal and state grants, which includes quarterly reporting, claims management, fiscal year close revenue reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with financial management and audit requirements.Coordinating resources for the NYC Water Finance Authority to facilitate capital project financing through the State Revolving Fund (SRF) program.Building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders, preparing agendas, recording minutes, monitoring action items, and ensuring follow-up.
