Provide detailed variance explanations and commentary on significant expense drivers to aid leadership in decision-making. Develop and maintain reporting tools or schedules to enhance visibility into expense performance across our locations. Accruals & Prepaid Expense Management Oversee the monthly accrual process, including accounts payable accruals, corporate card expenses, and employee reimbursements, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Prepare and review monthly prepaid expense amortization schedules and related journal entries. Enhance supporting schedules and documentation for prepaid and accrued liability accounts. Guarantee accurate expense cutoff and recognition in compliance with GAAP. Reconcile prepaid and accrued expense balance sheet accounts monthly and provide commentary on fluctuations. Accounts Payable, Spend Programs & Reimbursements Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure accurate vendor payment coding and timely processing. Review and monitor accounts payable aging to identify issues and ensure proper period cutoff. Conduct clinic-level expense analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
