The Lead Technical Architect role partners closely with co-founders and senior leaders, helping to shape a positive workplace for a team of over 80 people. This position blends technical leadership, client engagement, and team development.
Role overview
The Lead Technical Architect provides direction to engineering teams, ensures technical quality, and supports client relationships. Responsibilities include guiding technical decisions, engaging with clients, and helping team members grow.
Main responsibilities
- Design scalable software solutions that adapt to changing business needs.
- Guide teams through every stage of the software development lifecycle.
- Enhance engineering practices, focusing on code quality, testing, and CI/CD processes.
- Research and introduce new technologies to expand team capabilities.
- Encourage continuous improvement and technical growth within the team.
- Serve as a technical consultant during client projects.
- Support pre-sales activities by developing solutions, proposals, and technical strategies.
- Work with Sales and Account teams to secure and deliver successful projects.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical plans.
- Organize teams to scale with evolving client requirements.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, recruit, and onboard engineers.
- Mentor engineers, supporting their development into senior and leadership positions.
- Maintain high standards by participating in interviews and evaluations.
- Promote a strong engineering culture across all teams and locations.
Location
This role is based in Da Nang, Hai Chau, Vietnam.
