Bank Account Management: Oversee the company's bank accounts, including bank transfers, account openings, and modifications.
Income and Expenses Management: Handle daily cash flow, bank receipts, disbursements, and meticulous bookkeeping to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Internal Reporting: Generate comprehensive cash flow and liquidity reports, as well as statistical reports for internal analysis.
Invoice Management: Issue sales invoices and perform VAT invoice authentication within the tax system.
Accounts Payable (AP): Manage invoice registration, control, and reconciliation.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Record sales income and ensure accurate reconciliation.
VAT and Customs Duties: Prepare and submit customs declaration forms to the tax agent promptly.
Fixed Assets Management: Capitalize fixed assets, maintain records, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all assets are accounted for and properly labeled.
Month-End Closing: Assist in completing month-end closing processes to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial data.
Accounting Records Management: Safeguard and organize accounting files to ensure their completeness and security.
Foreign Exchange Management: Address foreign loan issues, including new loans, repayments, and interest payments, while completing necessary documentation for the foreign exchange authority.
Other Responsibilities: Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager and Accounting Manager.
