Account Director - Enterprise Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal representative for intricate enterprise transactions, coordinating efforts among cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Management, Legal, Product, and executive leadership.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives, IT professionals, and business leaders within organizations of 1500 or more employees.
- Guide value-driven sales processes aimed at addressing critical business challenges and facilitating digital transformation initiatives.
- Utilize MEDDPICC and Force Management frameworks to effectively manage multifaceted, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and ensure forecast precision.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive multi-year account strategies to enhance Pendo's market presence and deliver enduring customer value.
- Continuously generate and sustain a high-quality sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic account development.
- Leverage AI technologies and insights to bolster sales productivity, preparation, and customer engagement.
- Prioritize impactful activities and make informed decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales (SaaS/Application) with proven experience selling to organizations with over 1500 employees.
- Experience in applying MEDDPICC and/or Force Management methodologies to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to independently generate a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and account development.
- Experience leading cross-functional deal teams (Solutions Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, executives) to finalize enterprise agreements.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance sales efficiency, preparation, and client engagement.
