About the Role: As a Hospice Care Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to educate and raise awareness regarding the hospice benefit, while fostering and maintaining relationships that enable access for eligible patients to receive hospice services. Job Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Director/Administrator in formulating organization volume projections for the annual budget.Initiate marketing and promotional strategies to meet budgetary volume goals.Conduct market assessments and create a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with budgetary objectives.Establish and maintain constructive relationships with existing and potential referral sources.Educate facilities, families, and the broader community about the hospice benefit.
