Growth in active loyalty members and more activity in earning and redeeming points. CRM channels contributing a larger share of company revenue. Improved open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. Lower customer churn through timely, targeted re-engagement. CRM data insights guiding broader marketing and growth strategies. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, or Retention Marketing, ideally within DTC or Ecommerce. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, or similar CRM tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Location This position is based in Dandenong South, Victoria, Australia.
