We are looking for a skilled Product Sourcing Specialist to enhance our two-step dropshipping operations on Walmart.com. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing high-quality products with next-day delivery and favorable return policies, utilizing their expertise to drive operational efficiency and contribute to our growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Identify and source products for our dropshipping model, ensuring top-notch quality and rapid delivery.Exhibit proficiency in sourcing items with excellent return policies to support customer satisfaction.Formulate and present innovative strategies for discovering new suppliers during interviews.Lead and mentor a team, with the responsibility of hiring and training new staff to enhance product listings.Employ advanced technological solutions and software to improve sourcing processes.Implement effective Buybox strategies and utilize relevant software tools to maximize listings and sales performance.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Walmart's marketplace and comparable platforms.

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding customer service concerns. Maintain all provided equipment, tools, vehicles, and mobile devices in optimal condition. Organize and execute daily routes to ensure timely service delivery. Manage the efficient use of pest control chemicals and consumables. Adhere to standard operating procedures for inventory management and disposal processes. Are You the Right Fit? Valid Professional Driver's License (Restrictions 1, 2, 3) and ability to drive a four-wheel vehicle or motorcycle. Preferably a college or vocational course graduate; a degree in Agriculture or related fields is an advantage. A fast learner who can work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation. Willingness to undergo training for professional development. Availability to work night shifts.
