Your Role: As a Lead Algorithm & Signal Processing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design and develop advanced algorithms and techniques for effective sensor decision-making, encompassing areas such as signal detection, classification, electronic support measures, cognitive electronic warfare, and more. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement state-of-the-art signal processing and machine learning techniques to address complex radar and RF sensing challenges. Create and execute models and simulations for advanced RF systems. Lead small project teams and initiatives. Assist in business development and proposal writing activities. Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate advanced capabilities into prototype systems. Who You Are: You must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship. You hold a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field. You possess 5 to 7+ years of relevant work experience depending on your degree (BS +7 years or MS +5 years). Your expertise spans two or more of the following areas: RF/radar signal processing, waveform design, electronic warfare, machine learning, algorithm development, modeling & simulation, or systems engineering. You are proficient in one or more scientific or mathematical programming languages, including but not limited to MATLAB, Python, and C/C++. You possess strong mathematical skills, troubleshooting abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Active Security Clearance.
