You will be responsible for providing support to your account, Product Development (ProdDev), on HR matters. Some responsibilities you will handle independently, while others will be delegated to HR Support.Regular discussions will focus on topics such as workforce planning, absenteeism, and retention strategies. Your day begins between 6:00 and 7:00 AM with a delightful coffee alongside your colleagues. Together, you will load our vehicles with the latest tools and technologies, ready to hit the road by 7:00 AM.On-site, your responsibilities will include:Replacing and repairing household connectionsReplacing street drainsInstalling new sewage systemsExecuting ground worksPerforming minor paving tasksBy approximately 4:30 PM, you will return to the office.
