The pay rate is $17.50 per hour, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will play a vital role in enhancing the Talent Acquisition process by managing employment operations in alignment with hiring guidelines and policies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary Staffing Coordinator for designated hiring managers and recruiters.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel arrangements.
- Preparing offer letters and facilitating job postings.
- Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring the integrity of data within PeopleSoft.
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Processing invoices as necessary while maintaining confidentiality.
