Role Overview: Human Resources Specialist
This role sits within the People & Culture team and centers on supporting the organization’s HR operations. The Human Resources Specialist keeps core processes running smoothly, from job postings and contracts to payroll. The position offers the chance to work closely with colleagues across all Momo locations, including the Netherlands, Canada, Germany, and the United States.
What You Will Do
- Execute, maintain, and improve People & Culture processes and structures for all Momo entities. This includes hiring, onboarding, payroll, and absenteeism workflows.
- Manage and implement HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency.
