Your Challenge As a Shutter Installation Technician at Veneta, you will be the face of our brand in clients' homes. Shutters are wooden interior panels with adjustable slats, offering stylish window decoration that you will install to perfection. Your role is to ensure flawless installation, deliver high-quality service, and leave only when the customer is completely satisfied.With your craftsmanship and customer-focused approach, you will provide each client with the ultimate Veneta experience. While your primary work area is in the Den Bosch region, you will also have the opportunity to work in some of the most beautiful homes across Brabant.What Does Your Workday Look Like? You will start your day in your fully-equipped Veneta van, stocked with modern tools from Makita and Festool. Your first stop will be a new build in Den Bosch, where you will install shutters. Next, you will head to a historic property in Helmond, facing the creative challenge of fitting round windows.Throughout the day, you'll connect with fellow technicians to share tips and collaborate, as teamwork is essential at Veneta. After completing your final installation, you will take the time to explain the features to the customer and drive home with a sense of fulfillment. Each day is different, but the end goal is always a satisfied customer.Your Responsibilities Install shutters (wooden interior panels) in customers' homes, always tailored and with attention to detail.Ensure that every window, whether round or diamond-shaped, is finished to perfection.Skillfully resolve minor adjustments and service tasks.Provide customers with guidance and advice so they can fully enjoy their new shutters.Maintain communication with fellow technicians to support each other and share tips.What We Offer You A salary ranging from €2,800 to €3,400 gross (based on experience).Monthly bonuses up to €150 and an annual bonus of up to €1,500.25 vacation days plus monthly paid vacation money (8%).Overtime?
