Dit doe je door goed te luisteren en je klanten volledig te ontzorgen. Je combineert jouw kennis en expertise met die van de interne accountmanager. Samen vormen jullie een team binnen onze sectoren en zijn jullie het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de klant.Je volgt de marktontwikkelingen op de voet, zorgt ervoor dat jouw kennis altijd actueel is, en kent alle mogelijkheden en oplossingen binnen de verzekeringssector. Bovendien ben je in staat je in te leven in de klant, waardoor je niet alleen de expliciete vragen beantwoordt, maar ook de onderliggende problemen aanpakt.
