Je zorgt ervoor dat alle praktische onderdelen vanaf het moment dat het conceptprogramma klaar is tot aan de evaluatie goed zijn georganiseerd.Je werkt nauw samen met de Congresmanager, die verantwoordelijk is voor de inhoud van het programma. Jij garandeert dat alle informatie, materialen en betrokken partijen op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats zijn, zodat deelnemers, sprekers en partners een uitstekende ervaring hebben.Binnen ons team Opleidingen worden jaarlijks ongeveer 500 evenementen georganiseerd, variërend van kleinschalige bijeenkomsten tot grotere congressen met circa 400 deelnemers. Deze evenementen kunnen fysiek, online of hybride plaatsvinden.In deze rol besteed je ongeveer 60% van je tijd aan uitvoering en organisatie, en 40% aan coördinatie en projectplanning.Wat ga je doen?Je plant en organiseert alle praktische onderdelen van cursussen en congressen, waaronder locaties, afspraken met sprekers, correspondentie en het ontvangen van deelnemers.Je bewaakt het logistieke proces en zorgt ervoor dat de bijeenkomsten volgens planning verlopen.Je stelt projectplanningen op in overleg met de Congresmanager en signaleert tijdig afwijkingen.
