Deze rol is gevestigd binnen het hoofdkantoor van DJI en richt zich specifiek op het cluster Forensische Zorg en Justitiële Jeugdinrichtingen (ForZo/JJI).DJI speelt een essentiële rol in de uitvoering van straffen en vrijheidsbenemende maatregelen, en werkt voortdurend aan een veilige samenleving en de re-integratie van justitiabelen. In deze functie wordt de controlfunctie verder versterkt en geprofessionaliseerd. Als coördinerend business controller ben je van groot belang, want je biedt het management scherpe analyses, strategisch advies en een solide planning- en controlcyclus.De rol vereist nauwkeurige samenwerking met de directeur ForZo/JJI, het managementteam en collega's binnen de directie Control en Financiën. Jouw werk heeft directe invloed op bestuurlijke besluitvorming en de verantwoordingsprocessen richting het departement.VerantwoordelijkhedenCoördineren en uitvoeren van de planning- en controlcyclus binnen het cluster ForZo/JJI.Strategisch adviseren van directie en management over financiële en bedrijfsvoeringsvraagstukken.Opstellen en regisseren van jaarplannen, begrotingen, verantwoordingsrapportages en meerjarenanalyses.Verantwoordelijk voor sectorale kostprijzen, interne verrekeningen en externe claims.Signaleren van trends en ontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar strategische doelen en programma’s.Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders.Actief bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling van de controlfunctie binnen DJI.
