Join IMA Financial Group as an Account Executive on our expanding National Real Estate Team! In this pivotal role, you will oversee the comprehensive renewal policy review process, develop strategic plans, conduct loss analyses, design insurance programs, ensure data integrity, and address coverage and premium discrepancies for all existing accounts. This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in acquiring new business and establishing new accounts
- Maintaining a deep understanding of clients' business operations, strategies, and needs throughout the year
- Initiating the client renewal process by developing the Game Plan, performing coverage analyses, and thoroughly reviewing policies and relevant documents
- Preparing and leading meetings with key stakeholders and clients
- Creating marketing strategies, reviewing submissions, and negotiating with underwriters to refine proposal content
- Continuously enhancing your expertise through ongoing education and staying informed about industry trends and products
- Building and nurturing relationships with carriers
- Managing a book of business exceeding $1.3 million in revenue, with over 50% focused on large/complex accounts, and contributing to new business acquisition efforts
- Aligning clients’ priorities with their insurance programs to meet their risk management goals
- Establishing strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
- Providing guidance and coaching to clients and internal teams as needed
- Collaborating closely with internal ancillary teams to ensure client and company success
- Upholding IMA’s core values and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion among all associates
