Safety Associates at CCH do not act as law enforcement but function as proactive safety professionals in a supportive role. Note: The safety function at the Coalition is not an extension of law enforcement and should not be treated as such. While collaboration with law enforcement agencies is welcomed, safety associates are not authorized to detain individuals unless illegal acts occur on Coalition property. Additionally, safety staff are not to provide transportation or escort services for other agencies using Coalition vehicles.
