Guest Services Overview
The Guest Services Staff will be the primary point of contact for guests at the venue, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment from entry to exit. Responsibilities include:
- Answering inquiries and directing guests to essential areas such as restrooms, ATMs, VIP sections, and concert areas.
- Scanning tickets and administering wristbands for event access (21+, VIP, Private Events).
- Greeting guests, addressing complaints, and monitoring guest behavior to uphold safety and security.
- Assisting with seating arrangements and accommodating ADA patrons.
- Enforcing venue policies and completing necessary training.
