Utilize your expertise in the Electric and Gas Utility sector to engage, inform, and motivate Esri users and potential clients in the Energy Utility field. You will identify, design, and implement marketing strategies that align with specific organizational goals. As a specialized industry expert, your role involves conducting thorough research and providing insights on financial, technological, and market trends affecting the Energy Utility landscape. Collaborate with key internal teams to define, execute, and evaluate the Energy Utility marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Industry Managers to effectively engage with marketing, sales, product development, professional services, international distributors, educational initiatives, and partner teams to successfully deliver campaign strategies.
- Produce a consistent stream of content (including webinars, customer success stories, eBooks, social media posts, blogs, etc.) that enhances visibility, generates demand, and fosters community engagement.
- Leverage your industry knowledge along with your research, writing, and teamwork skills.
- Prepare for, oversee logistics, and actively participate in events such as conferences, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and user group meetings.
- Contribute to the expansion of the Energy Utility community through social media and the Esri Community platform.
- Work closely with marketing personnel to create, manage, and implement campaign tactics, ensuring effective internal communications to achieve team objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to advance initiatives.
- Utilize your industry insights to create compelling content, including presentations, StoryMaps, eBooks, blogs/articles, technical documentation, web content, social media posts, press releases, and advertisements.
- Conduct research and assist in strategic industry positioning, gaining validation from both internal and external experts.
- Develop comprehensive GIS expertise and provide industry insights to support internal inquiries, partner collaborations, and customer interactions.
