Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with comprehensive benefits package
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
Join our team as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in a full-time telehealth role, where you will provide essential support to clients throughout Colorado. This position is ideal for a dedicated clinician who thrives in a structured therapy environment, values meticulous documentation, and is passionate about assisting clients in navigating the complexities of relationships and family dynamics.
In this role, you will work with couples striving to enhance communication, parents coping with household stress, families experiencing transitions, and individuals facing emotional challenges that impact their relationships. Each telehealth session presents an opportunity to deliver impactful clinical support in a flexible remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual therapy sessions with clients located in Colorado.
- Offer therapeutic care to individuals, couples, and families.
- Conduct clinical assessments and gather pertinent client histories.
- Develop treatment plans that feature specific goals and measurable outcomes.
- Assist clients in dealing with relationship conflicts, parenting hurdles, stress, and significant life changes.
Requirements
- Possess a valid LMFT license in Colorado.
- Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate experience in working with couples, families, or individual clients.
- Exhibit strong skills in clinical assessment and documentation.
