Address inquiries regarding medical, dental, and vision claims and billing issues by: Reviewing the summary of benefits. Contacting carriers and/or provider billing offices to ensure appropriate charges. Calculating out-of-pocket costs based on benefits. Initiating reimbursement requests with carriers. Drafting appeal letters as needed. Provide year-to-date deductible, copay, and coinsurance updates to team members. Deliver excellent customer service by adhering to best practices and responding promptly to inquiries. Safeguard claimant information by strictly following HIPAA regulations. Document claim status updates in our proprietary CRM, providing detailed reports on each claim. WHO YOU ARE: We are seeking dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are committed to enhancing the healthcare experience for consumers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional experience in benefit plan interpretation, provider billing practices, and claims adjudication.
