Role Overview: New Construction Sales Representative
This position is based in Denver, Colorado and centers on new construction sales within the commercial construction market. The focus is on commercial sectional and rolling door products, loading dock equipment, and high-speed doors. The New Construction Sales Representative plays a key role in introducing DH Pace’s products and services to commercial clients throughout the Denver area and nearby regions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with general contractors in Denver and surrounding areas.
- Work with decision-makers to design door solutions tailored to their facility needs.
- Create detailed scopes of work for proposals and manage the sales process from first contact through closing. Proficiency in Windows-based software and blueprint reading is required.
- Achieve sales goals set by management, document leads and activities, and participate in regular sales meetings.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely estimates and proposals.
- Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
