Primal Wear is seeking a friendly and efficient part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee front desk operations, warmly greet clients and visitors, and provide essential administrative support to ensure our office runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Welcome and assist visitors in our reception and retail area.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about our products and processes.
- Order and manage office supplies as needed.
- Keep the front office and retail space clean and organized.
- Facilitate returns and exchanges for online orders.
- Perform data entry tasks, including invoicing and inventory management.
- Assist with basic website maintenance and content organization.
- Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $19.50 to $23.00 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday (no weekends).
