As a Sales & Service Consultant at Don's Garage Doors, you’ll blend consultative sales techniques with practical mechanical skills. You’ll engage with homeowners who require services, earn their trust, propose effective solutions, finalize the sale, and then execute the repairs personally.
No prior garage door experience? We offer comprehensive training in all essential mechanical skills.
What Sets This Role Apart
Uncapped commissions: First-year earnings typically range from $90K to $150K+.
Your performance dictates your income, top earners consistently achieve six figures.
Company vehicle (fully wrapped) + gas card, your mobile office.
All necessary tools will be provided.

Your Daily Responsibilities
This is primarily a sales-oriented role, but hands-on work is also essential. Daily tasks will include:
Sales
Visiting homeowners for scheduled service calls.
Building trust quickly, clearly explaining options, and closing sales for repairs or upgrades.
Repair
Replacing springs, rollers, motors, and other door components.
Installing keypads, running wiring, and adjusting equipment for optimal function.
Lubricating and testing garage door systems for safe and effective operation.
