What We’re Looking For
- Current Veterinary Technician License (RVT) in Colorado is required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a veterinary technician. Urgent care or emergency experience is a plus, not a must.
- Team-oriented and communicative, ready to collaborate and help where needed.
- Organized and proactive, able to keep up in a busy clinic with strong attention to detail.
- Compassionate with animals, patient with clients, and interested in growing professionally.
- Bonus: Interest or experience in dentistry or anesthesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, treatments, and diagnostics.
- Perform technical and lab tasks such as blood draws, IV catheter placement, and medication administration.
- Communicate care plans and at-home instructions to pet owners clearly and supportively.
- Keep accurate digital records, manage supplies, and maintain clean, sterilized equipment.
- Help foster a positive team culture and mentor veterinary assistants.
