You will collaborate closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to define and enhance the pathway to liquidity, engagement, and monetization within your category.Key Responsibilities:Category Strategy & OwnershipDevelop and define the strategic vision and growth plan for your category on our platform.Gain in-depth knowledge of the category’s supply landscape, demand drivers, community channels, and competitive dynamics.Establish success metrics and quarterly objectives to drive category performance.Supply & Community AcquisitionCreate a strong pipeline of sellers, creators, influencers, and shops within your category.Lead outreach, onboarding, and enablement for high-potential sellers.Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic sellers and community leaders.Cross-Functional Go-To-Market ExecutionCollaborate with our Account and Partnerships Managers to enhance seller engagement and support.Work with Category Marketing Managers to design impactful launches, moments, and campaigns.
