About the job
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this rewarding position, you will have the chance to positively impact the lives of children with autism.
Your role will involve working directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while helping to diminish challenging behaviors.
Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic about supporting children with autism in achieving their full potential. Patience, compassion, and teamwork are critical qualities we are looking for. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you feel equipped to help each child, regardless of your prior experience. This role requires physical stamina, as children can be unpredictable and will often require movement. Comfort with physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds is essential.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing that you’ve made a significant difference in the lives of children and their families. Join us and become part of a committed team dedicated to transforming lives for the better. Apply now to embark on your journey as a Behavior Technician with us!
