The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician & Light Machinist who will play a crucial role in the meticulous assembly of electro-mechanical components and the operation of light machining equipment to create parts for our advanced counter-drone systems. This position requires a solid grasp of mechanical assembly principles, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
Assembly:
Accurately assemble complex electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies by following engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Utilize a range of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for assembly tasks.
Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, implementing corrective actions to resolve root causes.
Maintain accurate records of assembly progress, materials utilized, and quality control data.
