In this role, you will provide essential support to our accomplished attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-trial preparations to post-trial follow-ups.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda.File all court documents electronically in both state and federal courts.Facilitate communication with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.Conduct thorough legal research and factual investigations.Prepare discovery documents, including interrogatories and responses.Draft and serve summons.Summarize and coordinate depositions.Create comprehensive trial binders and exhibits.Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents for court filing.Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling hearings and managing case files.Maintain accurate pleadings and discovery indexes.Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices.Support attorneys with discovery requests and interrogatories.Gather pertinent information from diverse sources.Act as a liaison between trial teams and both internal and external third parties.Prepare witnesses for trial.Assist with case settlements and perform additional tasks as directed by attorneys.
