Benefits include mobilization ticket and work visa provided by the company.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Floating Dock Operator to ensure the safe and efficient docking and undocking of vessels at our Ras Laffan facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational understanding, a commitment to safety, and the ability to effectively coordinate with shipyard teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate the floating dock in accordance with the Dock Master’s directives.Assess vessel weight, loading, and stability data prior to docking.Conduct pre-operation inspections (72 hours in advance of any lifting/lowering activities).Monitor ballast tanks, maintain safe drafts, and assist with ballasting and deballasting processes.Provide support to shipwright, maintenance, and diving teams during operations.Adhere strictly to all Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
