Your responsibilities will include cleaning, gauging, flooding, hydrotesting, drying, nitrogen purging, inerting, and intelligent pigging processes. This role demands extensive hands-on expertise with high-capacity nitrogen membrane systems and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to safely prepare pipeline systems for commissioning.Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Supervise the entire range of pre-commissioning activities, including: Pipeline flooding, cleaning, and gauging (FCG) Hydrostatic testing (HT) Dewatering and air drying Nitrogen purging/inerting utilizing membrane and liquid nitrogen systems Intelligent pigging (ILI) and baseline tool runs Lead execution both onshore and offshore at launcher and receiver ends Ensure proper configuration and functional testing of large pre-commissioning spreads, including chemical injection units, hydrotest pumps, filtration skids, nitrogen membranes, air dryers, and compressors. Implement pre-commissioning procedures in accordance with DNVGL-ST-F101 and project-specific specifications. Guide field technicians in rigging up, pig loading/launch, spread ramp-up, pressure control, and pig receiving operations. Monitor real-time data on pig speed, pressure, chemical dosing, and water quality to ensure compliance with control points. Manage safety during high-pressure operations and coordinate Job Safety Analyses.
