Role Overview Linah Group is looking for a Payroll Supervisor to oversee payroll operations at our Dokki, Giza Governorate location. This role manages payroll processing, ensures accuracy and timeliness, and maintains compliance with relevant regulations. What You Will Do Supervise the full payroll process for the company Verify payroll data for accuracy and completeness Ensure payroll is processed on schedule Maintain compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations Communicate clearly with employees, management, and other stakeholders regarding payroll matters

Lead and manage the spare parts procurement team to achieve operational objectives.Formulate and execute effective procurement strategies for spare parts to enhance maintenance and production processes.Assess and select suppliers based on pricing, quality, availability, and delivery conditions.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable conditions.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of purchase orders and maintain optimal spare parts inventory levels.Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and inventory teams to accurately forecast and plan spare parts needs.Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or service standards.Maintain precise records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance metrics.Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Analyze procurement data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve overall efficiency.Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for procurement team members.
