Join our team as a Delivery Driver in Domnesti! You will be responsible for delivering orders to our clients along a predetermined route. Your key responsibilities will include:Delivering orders to all customers along the established route;Checking invoices and delivery notices prepared for dispatch (date, stamp, CNP);Ensuring the compliance of prepared orders in the warehouse with the corresponding invoice/delivery notice and assisting customers in receiving goods while obtaining their confirmation;Participating in loading goods into the van to prevent damage and ensure efficient handling for invoice preparation;Submitting delivered invoices daily based on the delivery report to the archive.

Main Responsibilities:• Safely load and unload goods from trucks and delivery vans;• Execute proper handling of goods within the warehouse;• Ensure the proper parking of the forklift to prevent accidents;• Maintain a clear record of all repairs and maintenance performed on the forklift.• Working in two shifts: 06:30-15:00 , 13:00-21:30• Equipment: Reach Truck with Side ShiftsThis position is available for an indefinite period.Salary Package & Benefits:- Gross monthly salary: 5727 RON, equivalent to a net monthly salary of 3350 RON;- Monthly bonus: 400 RON for achieving 100% of the set performance objectives;- Public transport reimbursement within the city (STB, Metrorex);- Company-provided transport from Preciziei subway station to the workplace;- Meal vouchers - 40 RON/day;- Private health insurance;Working hours: two shifts: 06:30-15:00 , 13:00-21:30 - (Company transport provided from Preciziei subway station to the workplace);

Responsible for the registration and maintenance of records for all incoming and outgoing archival units and documents, including those for internal use, in compliance with legal regulations.Organizes documents within archival units based on their relevance and retention periods as specified in the archival document nomenclature.Maintains the archive in a manner that ensures constant accessibility.Prepares documentation and selects archival materials that have surpassed their retention period for destruction.Locates and delivers requested documents promptly to authorized personnel.Collaborates with various departments within the company to facilitate the formation of the archive.
