As a Service Coordinator at Konecranes, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service within your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inspection and preventive maintenance services, effectively planning the deployment of certified inspectors, and ensuring our contractual services are delivered promptly. You will also coordinate subcontracted services and equipment.Key Responsibilities:Stay engaged and informed about overall service operations and customer needs in your territories.Maintain close communication with the Service Manager and fellow coordinators.Review new agreements, assess customer assets, associated service products, and labor requirements for delivery.Analyze the profitability of agreements and alert management to those requiring further review due to scope changes or pricing assessments.Collaborate with the Service Manager and Territory Operations Manager to address any challenging tasks.Work closely with the Business Development Review (BDR) team on agreement renewals and revisions.Schedule and direct inspectors, providing them with support for daily tasks.Organize subcontracted services and equipment, including rentals.Plan and allocate service requests and work batches to field agents.Create purchase order requests in Siebel and ensure error-free submission to SAP.Receive all purchase orders in Siebel promptly.Review work costs, including labor, expenses, and rental materials/equipment.Verify billing details of completed work before proceeding with billing processes.Prepare daily invoices in compliance with company standards.Participate in the base agreement renewal process.Review customer reports for accuracy and completeness.Monitor and assist in the enforcement of all safety rules and procedures, including those set by the client.Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.
