Through paid training, new hires begin as Sales Trainees and develop into skilled Hearing Care Professionals. The role combines direct customer interaction, education, and sales, all with the goal of improving lives for people experiencing hearing loss. What You Will Do Meet with customers on-site to discuss hearing concerns and offer personalized consultations. Build trust and rapport with clients from the first interaction.
