Redo has developed a robust solution: an integrated X-Border Platform designed to transform international commerce from a challenge into a lucrative growth opportunity. We are in search of a General Manager to take charge of this initiative.This is a pivotal role akin to that of a founder. You will be responsible for the P&L, go-to-market strategy, and product direction for Redo's international X-Border platform, starting with our innovative international checkout solution featuring a Landed Cost Guarantee. You will set the strategic vision, build a talented team, secure partnerships, and define success metrics. If you have been looking for an opportunity to lead a meaningful project with the resources to succeed and the freedom to shape it according to your vision, this is your chance.Responsibilities:Oversee the P&L for the X-Border Platform — establish revenue goals, manage to those targets, and ensure accountability for results.Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy, including pricing, packaging, sales approach, channel partnerships, and market growth.Build a pipeline of merchants for international checkout and the Landed Cost Guarantee — from initial outreach through to closing and onboarding.Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to set the product roadmap and prioritize developments.Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with carriers and customs brokers for future operations.Recruit and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, product analysts, solutions engineers, and customer support personnel.Act as the representative for the X-Border team both internally and externally — participating in merchant meetings, industry conferences, and executive reviews.Maintain transparency in operations: provide weekly metrics updates, establish clear priorities, and foster tight feedback loops with Redo's leadership team.Qualifications:Extensive experience in cross-border e-commerce, international logistics, or international payments — you have a solid understanding of how goods move across borders.A proven history of revenue ownership: you have consistently met and exceeded targets.Experience in building or scaling products within a SaaS environment, preferably in the Shopify ecosystem.An operational mindset: you proactively identify problems and devise solutions.Strong commercial instincts and a results-oriented approach.
